Ensuring quality ITAD services is our business. ITADCentral only works with certified Service Providers who follow industry best practices and adhere to ITADCentral requirements.
ITADCentral verifies credentials and continuously monitors Service Provider performance, including client feedback.
Yes. Buyers are not charged anything to use the site. Service Providers pay a small fee to be included on the site.
If a Service Provider wins a project, they pay a commission fee. Only if a Service Provider wins a project do they pay a commission fee.
Nobody likes to waste time. Clients complete a detail questionnaire to post a project.
Each project is reviewed by ITADCentral staff before approval. Projects are rejected because there is not enough information or there is not a serious budget.
Before bidding, Service Providers can see prior work awarded by a Client as well as a rating given by other Service Providers.
There is no obligation to award a project winner. If a Client consistently wastes Service Provider time with no serious consideration, there can be consequences. Service Providers can elect not to bid, and Clients risks being removed from the platform.
Vendor ratings help clients make informed decisions and encourage Service Providers to do a good job.
Unlike research opinions of paid analysts, real client feedback allow top performers to shine, regardless of your marketing budget.
Yes. Service Providers are encouraged to reply to reviews. Positive and negative.
Reviews will be removed is if it contains profanity, racism, reference to other companies, and/or details to be considered inappropriate or untruthful.
We want to make sure reviews are accurate representations of the customer experience without offending customers who may read them. We do not remove reviews upon a Service Provider’s request.
Service Providers must meet minimum requirements to be part of the ITADCentral community.
Service Providers must adhere to fair and transparent pricing.
Service Providers must agree to industry-specific T&C’s as well as a community code of conduct.
Lastly, clients have an opportunity to review. If a Service Provider over-promises and under-delivers, they should expect negative reviews. If a Service Provider fails to honor their commitment to the community, they risk being removed.
ITADCentral is committed to eliminating deceptive, unfair pricing tactics that undermine the sustainability and integrity of our industry. By default, all price proposals are sealed bids.
To post a project, Clients complete a questionnaire that ensures the information necessary for a Service Provider to make a legitimate proposal. Service Providers who elect to make a proposal are providing an estimate for the cost of the project.
Proposal must clearly spell-out the components of ITAD pricing. Specifically, proposals must show the price for processing equipment, transporting equipment, and how remarketing of equipment (if any) will be handled.
Providers are encouraged to charge authentic prices that reflect the economic reality of providing quality ITAD services. While we cannot dictate what a Provider charges, proposals must include all pricing components.
Providers awarded a project pay a commission. Regardless of price model, Providers pay a minimum charge. The commission covers the cost of providing the platform and discourages unsustainable pricing or deceptive tactics.
