Cascade’s staff of professionally trained, background checked technicians perform equipment de-installation services, data-wiping, hard drive crushing and on-site inventory of retired assets.  Using our own fleet of trucks, Cascade securely transports customer equipment to one of our processing centers in Wisconsin and Indiana. Equipment is then evaluated for reuse or recycling.  Reusable equipment is refurbished and all data are destroyed through an electronic sanitization process.  Refurbished equipment is either resold to generate revenue for our customers, donated to charities, or reimaged and redeployed back to the customer.  Recyclable equipment is demanufactured and shredded into recoverable commodities according to the e-Stewards Standard for Responsible Recycling – the most stringent standard in the industry.  Customers receive comprehensive web based disposition reporting to demonstrate compliance with disposal requirements and to integrate with financial asset tracking records.
